Terms Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the rights, responsibilities, and obligations between the Service Provider (“we/us”) and the Customer (“you”) regarding the use of our online T-shirt printing services. By placing an order or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Orders
1.1 An order is considered confirmed once the customer has provided final confirmation and completed payment as required.
1.2 Customers are responsible for checking all order details (design, size, color, quantity, and artwork files) before confirming.
1.3 Any changes requested after order confirmation may incur additional charges or may not be possible depending on the production stage.
2. Artwork and Copyright
2.1 Customers must own the rights to the artwork provided or have proper authorization to use it.
2.2 The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any copyright or intellectual property disputes arising from customer-submitted designs.
2.3 Artwork should meet the resolution and file specifications provided by the Service Provider to ensure the best printing quality.
3. Production and Lead Time
3.1 Production time varies depending on order quantity and design complexity. An estimated production schedule will be provided.
3.2 Production timelines may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment malfunction, supply delays, or force majeure events.
3.3 The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse production of designs deemed inappropriate, unlawful, or against public morals.
4. Payment
4.1 Full payment is required before production begins.
4.2 Payments are non-refundable except in cases where the Service Provider is at fault.
4.3 Orders will be automatically canceled if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.
5. Delivery
5.1 Products will be shipped to the address provided by the customer.
5.2 The Service Provider is not responsible for loss or damage caused during shipping. Liability rests with the courier company unless proven otherwise.
5.3 Shipping fees will be charged according to the Service Provider’s shipping policy.
6. Inspection and Claims
6.1 Customers must inspect the products upon receipt and notify the Service Provider of any issues within 3 business days.
6.2 Claims will only be accepted if the error is due to the Service Provider (e.g., incorrect print, wrong color, defective product).
6.3 Returns or exchanges are not accepted for customer errors such as incorrect size, color, or unsuitable artwork submission.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 The Service Provider shall not be held liable for damages arising from the customer’s use of the products.
7.2 In the event of errors directly caused by the Service Provider, liability will not exceed the value of the order in question.
8. General Provisions
8.1 The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
8.2 Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Thailand.
