1. Payment Terms

• An order will be considered complete only after the payment is successfully processed and confirmed by the Payment Gateway.

• Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of system errors or mistakes made by the store.

• If the payment fails, the order will not be recorded. Customers may retry the transaction immediately.

• Orders not paid within 24 hours will be automatically canceled.

3. Invoice & Confirmation
